Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all regions across Lebanon.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding official public holidays.

Delivery Fees

$6 delivery fee for orders under $70.
FREE delivery on all orders of $70 or more.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Lebanon. Please have the payment ready upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you to confirm your order details before preparing it for delivery.

Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are accurate to help us avoid unnecessary delays.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any issue with your order, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for review.
