Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
Please make sure to review your order carefully, including the selected size and color, before completing your purchase.
Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Once the defect has been verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
Delivery for approved defective-item returns or exchanges is completely free of charge.
Conditions
To qualify for a defect claim:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- The defect must not be the result of misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange an item for a different size or color.
If you would like to return an item for an exchange due to a change of size, color, or personal preference, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
Please note: Since the original size and color are selected by the customer when placing the order, delivery charges for both the return and the replacement shipment are the customer's responsibility.
We encourage you to carefully review your size and color selection before completing your purchase. If you need assistance, our team will be happy to help you choose the right option before you place your order.
If the exchange is due to an error on our part or because you received a defective item, all delivery charges will be covered by DITO Collection.
